Born in 1985, Benoît Lefèvre began studying violin at the Conservatoire de Bourges (FR), where he obtained a violin and music theory degree.
From 2003 he started to specialize in music composition by attending courses of orchestration and harmony at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Nantes, before studying
electroacoustic and instrumental composition, orchestration and harmony with Roger Cochini, Guy Ferla, Alain Louvier, Jean-Michel Bardez in Paris, Bourges and Toulouse. He holds degrees in composition, and a French national certificate of music teacher. As a composer, his career led him to play his works in Bourges, Paris and Aberdeen (UK). He teaches music theory and analysis at the Conservatoire de Grand-Couronne.
